Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe with 3 Ingredients – 1.5g Net Carbs – 4 Amazing Flavors and Ready in Minutes

Today we are doing a three ingredient mousse that is ready in literally minutes the base of the recipe is just two total carbs and one net carb we love one net carb. Today we are presenting you four flavors and they are chocolate strawberry, blackberry vanilla, lemon blueberry and raspberry white chocolate.
Let’s get into that recipe now. If you wish to make one serving of this two ingredient mousse you’re going to need a quarter cup of cream one bar of dark chocolate – 90 percent minimum, and a quarter teaspoon of sweetener and today we’re, you know all things meal prep related, I love meal prep.
So today we are going to do mousse for four and for that we’re gonna need one cup of cream four bars of dark chocolate and a tablespoon of sweetener and I’m gonna add the sweetener to the chocolate because we’re going to be melting the chocolate and even though my sweetener is powdered – I don’t want a grainy mousse, I want it smooth and beautiful.
So I’m going to microwave that for 30 seconds give it a stir and then microwave it again for another 30 seconds. Okay I’ve just melted my chocolate just for 30 seconds.
I’m going to melt the chocolate for another 30 seconds when I’m ready to add it just so that it’s fully melted and there’s no chocolate lumps.
I like to use lint 90% chocolate or you can use no sugar chocolate as both are great quality and now you’re going to whisk your cream until you have stuffed peaks when shopping for your keto products always read the back of the label to you know assess the carb count because in this case our main ingredient is cream.
I found that various brands have different level levels of carbs so please do always try to get the lowest carb count you can find okay I just microwaved my chocolate and powdered sweetener for one last 30 seconds and you add to the cream you mix and that is it okay look at that it smells beautiful too add a quarter of your mousse to your serving dish you can even use breakfast jars you know whatever you can store in the fridge would be fine mousse is such a lovely way to let us you know if you’re wishing for something sweet .
It’s such a lovely quick thing to have to satisfy your sweet craving oh and I’ve just got a strawberry here and maybe a little bit of mint and that goes in the fridge for 30 minutes and then it’s ready to devour doesn’t that look wonderful what about some raspberry or white chocolate that would be fantastic so I’ve got here a tablespoon of sugar-free white chocolate and this time I’m gonna add a half a teaspoon of powdered sweetener as you guys know just put it in my blender and add it.
I’m gonna add um half a teaspoon of cream just to help um help the salon and as before it’s going in to the microwave for 30 seconds at a time 30 seconds just after 30 seconds again.
i find my chocolate chips quite fussy these only went for 15 seconds and you guys saw i even added cream to help it along but look this is ready now add a quarter of your cream to a bowl add the white chocolate and you’ve got lots of white chocolate here oh my goodness mix that to combine you guys cannot tell but this is amazing now you’re gonna add it to a serving bowl I’m just levelling it out and add a couple of raspberries there.
Yet again some mint oh my god that looks so good yet again this is going in the fridge for 30 minutes and then it’s ready to serve okay and now we are doing a lemon blueberry flavor so that is a half a teaspoon of lemon extract I’ve just got a touch of yellow food coloring just because I want to know that I am having a lemon flavored mousse when I have my mousse and also because you have undiagnosed ocd which i have diagnosed perfectly half a teaspoon of sweetener.
Stir that all in add your lemon mousse to a bowl you see guys the method is the same and you can add what whatever flavors you have just long as long as you’ve got you know a little bit of um berries and maybe some flavoring and you’re good to go your powdered sweetener and your cream add some blueberries and lastly again human leaves and here we have lemon blueberry mousse to show you one more flavor and this time I’m gonna make it extra sweet and add a teaspoon of powdered sweetener to my cream.
I’m stirring in a quarter teaspoon of vanilla bean paste just to give it some flecks I’m just mashing up and adding two chopped blackberries in here you can have one if you like or you can just have it plain it’s up to you and stir that in and this is ready to add to the bowl I want to leave a bit of streaks in there I’ve left some streaks in there to show that it’s vanilla and I’ve left a little bit of blackberry showing through as well okay now I’m adding half of blackberry half just because I think there’s not enough flavor in me.
