Today we’re going to be cooking up a Keto chili con carne receipt and it’s going to be delicious. Now I made a keto chilli con carne on the show before, so if you go back to the video section and check out the older recipes, you’ll find it but today, I’m going to upgrade the recipe a little bit and make it even more kick-ass.

So let’s go and make that chili con carne, using water buffalo. Alright guys this is going to be a silent recipe, my jibber jabber is going to be restricted, just look for the titles, because this recipe you just add things one at a time and just let it all cook in one pot, till you get the most delicious chili ever.

Sit back and enjoy the ride. Alright folks, so I hope you enjoyed that recipe and it’s time to taste the chili con carne. Now before I taste it, there are a couple of things I just want to let you know.

First of all, my Indian friends who are just losing their shit that we’re using so much tamatar and onion, guys, relax, I’ve used quantities that are enough for four people, and again, this recipe is just a guide.

If you want to go even lower carb you can reduce the number of onions by half, you can use half the amount of tomato puree, it’s completely up to you. I’m going for taste and besides, at the end of the day, this is just 7 grams of net carbs, so I don’t see the problem.

Top it with some sour cream, and that’s also one of the reasons why I didn’t do guacamole, because that also has tomato and onion, so keeping the carbs down, a slice of avocado, with some salt and lime, that’s what I’ve got here.

The Flat Belly Code

Avocados are really expensive in India, at least the ones near where I live. So anyway, enough jibber jabber. Time to taste. Let’s get some of that chili, that cream and a small piece of the avocado.

Stop! Hammer time! Guys, this is just incredible. Those flavours, that creaminess of the avocado and the sour cream complementing the heat of the chili – it’s perfect. And I don’t even miss the beans because I’ve got some mushrooms and spinach here.

Little crunchy bits of bacon. Guys, this chili is awesome. The only thing it’s missing are some nachos. What do you think about that? Should I attempt to make some keto nachos to eat with this chili? Leave me a comment if you think I should do that.
